Friendly Reminders Before You Book:

Towels:

• We provide FREE 3 towels only (regardless of number of guests)

• Extra towel: ₱150 each

• Please manage expectations — this is not a hotel, but we always ensure the unit is clean before check-in and after check-out

Guest Capacity:

• Our home can comfortably accommodate 3 to 6 guests

• Additional guests beyond 6 : ₱400 per head

• Pool access: FREE for 2 guests, then ₱100 per additional guest

• Pool is open Tuesday to Sunday (closed every Monday)

House Rules:

• NO smoking or vaping inside the unit

Please Bring:

For sanitary reasons, kindly bring your own:

• Drinking water

• Sponge for dishwashing

• Condiments (salt, oil, etc.)

We’re happy to welcome your fur babies! However, to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, please follow these rules:

• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.

• Pets must wear diapers at all times inside the unit.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

• Any damage or extra cleaning due to pets will incur additional charges.
